neighbourhood watch

At home, taking the rubbish out and this cat is looking out the window keeping an eye on the courtyard. Sometimes i think cats go a little retarded when they can't go outside and satisfy their hunter instincts and instead look at all the birds and rats and mice from the other side of the glass and they know they're meant to do something about these small animals but can't quite work out what. So i guess this is a retarded cat.
